The Club does not retain any financial data from EFT or online payments using a credit card.
The Club has made a conscious decision not accept recurring payments, phone payments, or email payments, so as to avoid the necessity of obtaining and retaining financial data.

Retention of Information
Whilst you are a member of the Club your data will be maintained in our members database.
When you cease to be a member your data will be archived and kept for a period of two years in compliance with our data retention requirements. After the expiry of two years we will extract and delete your archived data. There is no ability to recover information deleted.
How to access and correct your personal information
The Club will endeavor to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date.
The personal information we hold about you may be accessed, and updated by you, using the Club Membership Web Site portal.
If you wish the Club to correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to respond respond within 14 days.
Deletion of Information
If you wish that your information be deleted you should make a request by contacting email@example.com, and we will aim to respond within 14 days.
Subject to compliance with data retention requirements, we will delete your information from all fields in the members database and then archive a blank record containing only a system generated identifier. There is no ability to recover information deleted.
